Well i finished a banner,despite bad photoshop skillz

Here is what i have done, Personally i think it would draw attention on one of those voting pages that most find these p.servers on.

it looks like you got a wallpaper and re sizeed it and put rates

That is pretty much what most p.server banners are, resized wallpapers, or characters with rates and whatnot ;p

Maybe u can use C2 or C3 They are better then photoshop
